Notification can be emailed to info@heartvalvesocietyofamerica.org or faxed to 212-452-2027. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2007. Valves in the Heart of the Big Apple reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event the course must be canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded, however Valves in the Heart of the Big Apple will not be responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies. |
